Through planning, coordination, and execution, K2 can maintain oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, initial site preparation for product testing; coordination with DoD and commercial facility managers for all support requirements; movement of equipment to and from test and training sites; on-site support for “on-call” materials; and procurement and transportation of test items from Government agencies, national laboratories, and commercial vendors. K2 will provide logistical support, humanitarian assistance, procurement, property management, inventory control/tracking, advanced logistics surveys (both CONUS and OCONUS), and transportation solutions.
