K2 has an in-house Multimedia/Video Production unit that provides a wide range of visual documentation and post-production services, including extensive services in still photography, High Defintion (HD) and Standard Definition (SD) video services, 2D and 3D graphics creation, 3D animation and several areas of specialty services.

 

Our capabilities include:

• Documenting and producing corporate and Government promotional and training videos
• Covering military special events and exercises
• Historical documentation of company programs and efforts
• Documenting  research and  development Programs, specializing in ballistics and explosive breaching
• Non-linear video editing and post-production services
• DVD creation, authoring, duplication and content distribution
• Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) video camera systems and workflows
• 2D and 3D computer animations

 

We provide documentation services in most environments and locations. Post-production video workflows are  based on state-of-the-art MacPro 12-core computer towers utilizing Apple’s Final Cut Pro and AdobePremiere Pro 5.5 software.  Still imagery and graphical workflows are based on the same Apple computer towers and Adobe’s Master Collection 5.5 software, Adobe Lightroom 3 and Cinema 4D animation software suites.

 

Specialty Services include:

• Steadicam Pilot camera stabilization platform for smooth video capture during fast paced action sequences
• High speed digital video utilizing camera systems that can record frame rates of up to 1,000,000 frames per second
• A 360° man-portable or vehicle mounted Imove video capture system
• A 360° Ipix still camera system
• SD/HD underwater video documentation in salt or fresh water
• Night vision video or still image documentation services
