K2 has a unique approach to intelligence fusion and collection, particularly within the Special Operations Community. We can provide military and civilian decision makers pivotal information on issues that directly impact the safety and security of US interests abroad. K2 has the ability to develop and write intelligence annexes, training scenarios, and intelligence related TTPs for operations, plans and orders.

As a diversified company with extensive experience in the assessment and selection of SOF personnel, K2 Subject Matter Experts are able to assist and mentor client leadership to use objectives-based programs. These systems are focused on first measuring and then selecting new client members based on leadership traits identified in consultation with the client. We then develop courses that both provide training for the participants and evaluate their performance on tasks that test the desired traits.

Through planning, coordination, and execution, K2 can maintain oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, initial site preparation for product testing; coordination with DoD and commercial facility managers for all support requirements; movement of equipment to and from test and training sites; on-site support for “on-call” materials; and procurement and transportation of test items from Government agencies, national laboratories, and commercial vendors. K2 will provide logistical support, humanitarian assistance, procurement, property management, inventory control/tracking, advanced logistics surveys (both CONUS and OCONUS), and transportation solutions.

K2 Solutions has extensive experience in providing digital still photography, non-linear video editing and production, Govt training & corporate video production, DVD authoring, content distribution and high-speed digital video capture services.  Computer platforms include Windows and Macintosh based systems and software.  K2s teaming partners complement our services by adding 2D and 3D graphic illustration, commercial video production services, underwater video documentation services, script writing and voice over narration services.

K2 has been very successful in connecting the developer to the end user by providing solutions for rapid prototyping and supplying subject matter experts in the military technical areas of marksmanship, explosives, and Small Unit Tactics utilized in the Special Operations environment, to include all facets of urban warfare. K2 has been instrumental in providing both technical representation and program management experience.

K2 offers security solutions to aid all businesses in protecting their assets. We conduct a detailed vulnerability assessment which helps identify physical, natural, technical and intentional man-made threats, as well as assessing information technology vulnerabilities. K2 brings a wealth of experience and expertise in crisis management to develop incident action plans (IAPs) and emergency operations centers (EOCs). Weapons and Tactics Training

One of K2’s primary goals is to provide training support services needed to improve the overall readiness of US Special Operations Forces to better prepare them for the full scope of mission scenarios. We have increased our level of effort within the training arena during each year of our existence. K2 can provide basic and advanced pistol, rifle and crew-served weapons marksmanship, to include sniper and observer training, shoulder-fired weapons system training, and all facets of urban warfare.
