Jeffrey Butler, Vice-President, Program Management, is responsible to provide strategic direction for the Program Management Office, manage several business portfolios, and lead and mentor a team of Program and Project Managers. He also provides guidance and assistance in capture plan development, teaming agreements and subcontracts and financial business case development.
Mr. Butler is skilled in Crisis Management, Government Procurement, Operations Management, and Analytical Skills. He has over 30 years of experience in Military Law Enforcement and Security Management. Mr. Butler’s military service includes Military Police positions in Korea, Germany, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Egypt, Bosnia, and Iraq. Mr. Butler has advanced training and experience in Physical Security, Recruiting, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, Instructional Development, Corrections, and Force Management. His culminating positions were U.S. Army Military Police Regimental Command Sergeant Major and Senior Enlisted Leader, Task Force 134, Iraq Theater level Detainee Operations. He is a 2013 inductee to the U.S. Army Military Police Hall of Fame. Since joining industry, Mr. Butler has served as a Program Manager and Director, Program Management Office prior to assuming his current role. Mr. Butler is a strong program and project management professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration and Management, from Washington University in St. Louis.
