Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

It was a natural extension of K2’s core value system to recognize and reward the contributions of our employees by implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). K2 became an employee-owned company in 2012.

As an ESOP, our employees have a direct and personal stake in the success of the company. Our ownership program and entrepreneurial culture encourages employee engagement and provides a direct link between each employee’s personal investment and their job performance. The result is an unwavering commitment to excellence, quality, and integrity in all business practices.

We really wanted to provide our employees with all the benefits of being a significant part of a growing company.
